Back story: Her father was human but her mother was a half wolf half human being. When Serena was born she had a very faint white glow to her skin. She grew up healthy and strong completely unaware of her powers. As time went on she began to notice strange occurrences happening around her and her family. One day her mother became ill and Serena was terrified of losing her so she began to enchant a phrase in an old tongue she didn't even understand herself. As she chanted the old words her mother gradually got better soon she was up and walking again. When Serena turned 14 her mother died leaving her with just her father, but before her mother completely passed she told Serena that she had a younger twin sister by the name of Coreana. That they were each other's weaknesses, but together they were strong. The only thing her mother couldn't say before she left the world behind was that Serena and Coreana were both part wolf and they could change their shape. Serena later found this out when she was with her father hunting one day. Her father got injured while attempting to shoot a buck and Serena smelling the blood transformed into her angel wolf form and healed her father. Later on that year she saw a girl in the market place that looked eerily like her so she approached her asking about her past. The girl however only answered saying that she remembered nothing of her past only that she was looking for a girl by the name of Serena. When Serena told her who she was the girl asked if they could sit and talk for awhile. So Serena took her to her favorite spot in the woods and they talked for hours about anything that happened to cross their minds.

Back Story: Coreana remembers nothing of her past, only that one day when she was in the market place she heard a voice telling her to look for a girl named Serena who she soon found out was her biological twin sister and that their mother had passed away telling her of Coreana. Coreana listened to Serena talk for hours about anything she could think of about her family. Coreana wanted to ask Serena if she had any powers but was too afraid to make herself speak. She soon found out that Serena did indeed have powers and that they were the complete opposite of her own.
